This policy applies to the following apps published by Live Card Games on Google Play, to any future apps that link to this page, and to our website:

03Summary

• Our games are playable offline. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise GPS location.
• Game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
• When your device is online, the advertising, analytics and crash-reporting services listed in Section 5 collect device identifiers and usage/diagnostic data.
• We do not sell your personal information for money.
• All data sent by our apps to these services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time (Section 8).

04Information we access and collect

4.1 Information collected automatically by the apps

• Device identifiers: Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, Firebase app instance / installation IDs.
• Approximate location: inferred from your IP address by our ad and analytics partners (country/region level). We do not use GPS or request location permission.
• Device and technical information: device model, manufacturer, OS version, language, screen size, network type, app version.
• App activity: games opened, levels/sessions played, session length, in-app events, and interactions with ads (views, clicks, rewarded-ad completions).
• Diagnostics: crash logs, error reports and performance data.

4.2 Information you give us

• Email and message content, only if you contact us by email (e.g., for support or a privacy request).

4.3 Information stored only on your device

Game progress, scores, coins, settings and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.

4.4 Device permissions

Our apps use only the permissions needed to run and show ads: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, files, SMS, call logs or precise location.

4.5 Website

When you visit our website, our hosting provider may automatically log standard information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and date/time of visit, used for security and to operate the site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or transfer of our business (in which case this policy continues to apply).

06How we use information

• To run the games and keep them working (app functionality).
• To show ads that keep our games free, including personalized ads only where you have consented or where permitted by law (advertising).
• To understand usage and improve games (analytics).
• To detect crashes, bugs and ad fraud (diagnostics, security and fraud prevention).
• To answer your emails and requests (developer communications).

07Ads, consent and your choices

• Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): where required, our apps show a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads or related data processing. You can change your choice from the app’s privacy/consent option where available.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. After deletion, apps receive a blank ID and ads are not personalized.
• US state privacy laws: sharing of identifiers for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws. You can opt out by deleting your Advertising ID as above or by emailing us.
• Stop all collection: play offline, or uninstall the app.

08Data retention and deletion

• On-device game data: kept until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Analytics data (Firebase): retained for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
• Crash reports (Crashlytics): retained for up to 90 days.
• Advertising data: retained by Google and Unity according to their own policies linked in Section 5.
• Support emails: kept up to 24 months after your issue is resolved, then deleted.

09Security

All data our apps send over the network is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Our partners store data on secured servers with access controls. We limit access to our analytics and crash dashboards to authorized team members and protect them with two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and California and other US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising. Email lifegames0000@gmail.com to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days free of charge and will not discriminate against you for doing so. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Legal bases (GDPR): consent (personalized ads), legitimate interests (analytics, crash reporting, security, non-personalized ads), and performance of our service (running the games).

11International transfers

We are based in Bangladesh, and our partners may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses used by our partners.

12Children’s privacy

Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and over and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email lifegames0000@gmail.com and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app where appropriate.
